The site is located at 70 South Buona Vista Rd, Singapore 118176.It is a facility provides leadership training for grassroots leaders through a Community Leadership Development Framework. The task was to redesign one of the blocks located in the campus to better accommodate the trainings that happen there.
The aim is to invoke serenity, creating an environment that encourages the growth of the leaders studying at NACLI (National Community Leadership Institute). This would be done through the juxtaposition of serenity created by freedom in expansive open spaces as opposed to serenity created by the sense of safety in intimate enclosed spaces.
